Magnetic feeding and conveying system for metal lids, designed and manufactured according to customer specifications. Consists of four integrated modules operating continuously from lid intake to in-line distribution.

System Modules

1. Magnetic Dosing Unit

Regulates and controls the rate of lid feeding to the elevator by means of magnetic force. Integrated into the base of the system.

2. Magnetic Elevator

Vertical transport of lids magnetically attached to a Ropanyl TPU belt. No chains, no grippers, and no aggressive mechanical contact with the lid.

3. Magnetic Transition Pulley

90° change of direction from the vertical section to the horizontal section while keeping the lids magnetically attached throughout the transition.

4. Magnetic Overhead Conveyor

Elevated horizontal transport. Proprietary manufactured profile with a fixed static magnet encapsulated beneath a bolted stainless steel cover plate. Magnet configuration (number of rows and poles) adapted to the product. Belt running on a flat and continuous sliding surface.
