Metallic lid transport and accumulation system designed to work inline as a continuation of the Lid Turner.

Lids enter already oriented and are conveyed vertically by a dual belt system, accumulating in an orderly and controlled column. A magnetic field keeps the lids slightly suspended over the belts, eliminating metal-to-metal contact and allowing accumulation without scratching or jamming, regardless of production rate.

Once the programmed lid count is reached, the counting system activates the pneumatic unit, which pushes the batch directly into the packaging bag — integrating transport, accumulation, counting and packaging into a single machine.
